This project is second stage project of a running active carbon manufacturer who is a cooperation partner of Thailand Company. The main technical routine is: kneading/granulating of powder carbon---drying---carbonization---activation. Designed capacity is 6tpd. Activation system chosen is AGK series direct heating activation furnace. After commissioning and under the coordination of old team, the line reaches aimed index very soon. Besides activation technology, drying system adopts two lines. One is used to produce high quality pellet carbon. The other line is used to produce common carbon.

Equipped automatic control part is also after upgraded and optimized. While reserving enough reliable margin, designs and fabrications like explosion proof and in-cabinet standards follow European standards. Whole unit completely replaces 100% imported technology and equipment in old factory address in Jiangxi. Product index is as good as imported production line.
